Dave, Thanks! pm sent. Kudos on the vintage Leupy. I've been keeping my eye out for one as well.

CFT,
Gorillas are strong, therefore it will hold with aforementioned formula giving displacement. If it doesn't, add more tape. just stay away from the silver stuff so your gall bladder stays intact.

By the way, you can always use the formula I quoted quickly in your head to calculate windage when it is snowing as well. many dont know that.

Tom - I'm in the same boat. I thought I was doing pretty good with the photobucket thing until they tried pimping their membership for $400 clams. I'll patiently await Paul's tutorial.

I'm using imgur. It's new to me so it's clumsy. And I've learned to upload as private, otherwise you put up with oodles of smart ass comments and trolling.

Guys,

I'm using Imgur too.

Set up your account, make your collection private & upload to there.

Go to your images, select/click on your photo for upload, click on the direct link version (if it's the first download for the session, it will ask you to allow access - answer yes, hit the copy button again. open your reply in 24hr burnpile, select USE FULL EDITOR, click on "insert image link (between smilies & Movies media tag). A script link box opens up, use control V, or paste your image in script box & hit enter key or the OK box on the script prompt & voila !

It's almost the same a photofucket, once set up & you get the hang of it.

You can also hot link, anyone else's imgur photos. Right click, save & use the same procedure to post here !

That's how I made Tom's pic show up. clicked on his link, it took me to his photo, right click & copy, then full editor to upload to your post.

I went for a drive on Sunday. There were a couple shacks on Koronis and a few more on Maple. Everyone was close to shore.

Seems that when we get some ice making weather, the warm follows it up right behind. I'm not 100% trusting of the ice conditions until usually the kids are on Christmas break. I have 5 kiddos that are getting ice fishing equipment for Christmas and they've been asking to go. It's almost time.

Chasing roosters in west centralville. Been getting a few, but nothing too outstanding. Ice conditions here are spotty. some houses out, some open water. I wont trust it for a long time yet. One of the boys friend's parents called and asked if my boys wanted to go over to their house to play on the ice. Uh......no!

Yeah, I knew before I went there was 8" the weekend before.

Didn't stop me drilling holes every 15 yards or so for he 100yard walk !

Ice quality is really good up here. Solid blue ice under the 6" of snow !
