Anybody know if Sportsmans Warehouse price matches and if so what the requirements are?

My local store has priced matched some bullets when on sale at a local chain store...

but I can't say if that was a corporate approved action...
or that it would apply across the board....

We did when I worked there in college about 12 years ago. There has been a lot of change in the company since then, but def would be worth asking. If I remember correctly, as long as you could verify the price and it wasn't below cost, it was good to price match.

Same store as Seafire so not a good sample. Might just be the manager, or a slow day...

They price matched a rifle I was going to buy... off of the internet no less (the match was for my full cost, ie. shipping and my FFL's fee).

Normally I wouldn't ask any store to match an internet price, but while handling the rifle I told them I was getting one for $XXX, if they could match that I would just buy it there.

They matched the price on a firearm for me. Clerk had to check with the manager on duty, and called the store selling for a lower price to confirm. They also matched their own online price for a GPS, that sold for more in the store.

I called today and talked to the manager at Sportsmans Warehouse here in Loveland and he said “yep, we price match.... what are you looking at?” I told him I was wanting to buy the stainless Tikka CTR with the 20” barrel, gave him the price from Whittaker’s and he told me he wouldn’t price match it

I told him you either price match or you don’t and he said he just couldn’t go that low. Yet another reason to just shop at Whittaker’s! Those guys are first class!

were you including your shipping and FFL costs?

I tried but he was cutting me off and he kept saying “order it from Whittaker’s”

He told me how much they had in the CTR’s and Whittaker’s price isn’t much above their cost...
