I picked up a few on the classifieds. Top is a #7+ 7-1/2 x 3-1/4 with 1/8" S30V. Bottom knife is like a #1 Drop Point on steroids. 8-1/4 x 3-1/2 and 5/32" (.156") S30V. Anybody familiar with it?? Or is it just a #1+? #1 DP is normally 7-1/4 x 3-1/4 and 1/8" steel.

With that blade and handle profile is sure looks like a custom #1. #30 usually has a different blade profile-less depth.
