TALO is listing a No.1 22LR 22" barrel walnut/blued in the online 2018 catalogue. Not sure if 'S' (sights) or B model. Sure hope it's an S model.

I have needed one of those for years. Now I also need a Kepplinger trigger. Will have to be a good boy around the wife for a bit.

I would say either the weight and length are wrong or this has a different frame.
Or the weight reduction could be due to it being extractor only? I’m not sure what all the stuff in the forearm on a ruger weighs but I would think a decent amount

May be a use for the AB format, which I personally find not to be the best for centerfire cartridges.

If indeed a rimfire variant, wonder which firing pin movement technique was chosen?

That's a no go, if no threaded barrel option. Anyone who has, or thinks about getting a suppressor, wants the threaded option.

What's the difference between a 1310 and 1340?

Talo looks like the the kind of house that can order special factory runs just for their distribution. I'm sure the price will reflect that, still, it's an interesting rifle and desirable as a factory original.

My dealer called his rep at Lipseys . Their version is that it's a misprint. Along with the weight of 6 lbs. We can only wait and see.

It's too big a frame for the .22LR, IMO. Now if they made a smaller frame, say 3/4 scale, that would be wonderful
