http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/01/11/pit-bull-kills-woman-at-louisiana-pet-hotel.html

Pit bulls are a people pleasing breed is an explanation forkilling a worker at a dog hotel? Well they are a people killing breed for sure. Our former dog kennel took a pit while owners were away and it killed a nice friendly dog they were boarding. Dont ever have anything to do with a facility that takes pits.....

I still take in Pitts and Pitt crosses all the time. Haven't had a problem yet except for one several years ago that turned into a mini Cujo as soon as the owner was out of sight. When he came back to retrieve the dog a week later, I brought the damn thing back to the lobby on the end of a six foot catch pole.

They ain't been back.

I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

For pit bulls, its the dog the owners make it into...

If the dog has something to be blamed about... the owners should also be blamed...

I'm sick hear "it how they are raised", BS!!
LOOK! If you raise a Pomeranian to be an attack dog, I'm going to put it through the uprights. When a loving family dog Pitt misreads a situation and grabs hold your heading to the ER, at least.
Iwear scars from a nice family dog that switched completely out of the blue hen I was 11. I was brought up around the dog. Saw it every day. One day he attacks me from behind.
He was sleeping in the yard and I was simply walking past when he woke up at attacked me.

Pit Bulls are catch dogs doing what they have been bred for and they do not discriminate.

People trying take them in as pets might as well get a Bengal Tiger, equally uncontrollable when the switch flips.

I’ve known Boxers to do the same.

They are a problem. I wouldn’t trust one, regardless of who owns or raised it.

Nothing wrong with a pit that a load of buckshot won't fix.

I am..........disturbed.

I have no problem with pits eating their adult owners.

I don't like to see a 2 yr old child taking a pic with Bojangles though.

I love when people with small kids give you the old He would never attack a child.......its all good till its not. I would not have a dog like that for anything . What if a kid goes in your yard to get his ball.

Same here, got pinned up in my treestand one day several years ago.
They wanted me very badly, but I gave them both arrows instead.
They were both dead within 75 yds.
Oops!
Their mistake.

But what they do to earn that load of buckshot may break a families heart, never to be the same. I find that unacceptable.

I enjoy the American Pickers. They often say the time to buy something you've never seen before is when you see it. I think the time to kill a pit is when you see it. If we all did that, there would be very few problems with pits.
