Weatherby Vanguard SUB-MOA Stainless in 30.06. Excellent shape. Original owner had it accurized by Hill Country Rifles in 2011. I purchased in 2012 and put maybe two boxes of ammo through it. Only been to the range with me once or twice. Been in the safe since. The condition shows the rifle is hardly used. Besides the pictures attached I put 15 total pictures in the image gallery. HCR bedded it, adjusted trigger, and crowned it along with other items in their accurizing package. If you go to the HCR website this costs $695 now just for this accurizing.
Even thought the original factory test target shows a great group with 150gr bullets. My limited time with the rifle (factory loaded bullets) showed it shot the 180gr. bullet well but didn't shoot the 150gr factory bullets I had well. The HCR paperwork says it doesn't like Federal Premium 165gr TSX and has a target included that's about 1.1 inch. I sighted it in with 180gr. Hornady Custom Interlock ammo (same ammo as HCR target that shot .436 inch in target) and put it away in the safe. I have seven boxes of this ammo and they are included.
To build this today would be approximately $1,700: $800 rifle $695 HCR accurizing $175 for 7 boxes ammo $30 Talleys
I'll do $975 shipped for the rifle/ammo/talleys from me to your FFL. The scope is a Bushnell Elite 3-9x40 with the Firefly reticle. If you want it add $225. The scope or ammo isn't available without the rifle. No trades as I bought some expensive scopes recently and am trying to get out of the doghouse. See image gallery for more photos.
$950 shipped for gun/ammo/talleys. FYI, the barrel is free floated as a result of the HCR accurizing. The stock from the factory originally would have had pressure points. That was my rationale why the 180gr shot best so I just sighted in with the HCR recommended load.
