Unfortunately I dont live in a climate they enjoy so I cant grow them...

Hard maple produces more than soft maple and is more flavorful and we have hard maple.

My bud is from New Hampshire and his parents make maple syrup not a big operation but anyhow he brought some back few yrs ago and gave us a 1/2 gal jug it was some the best syrup I ever had.
