Can someone tell me how? thank you.

Its easiest for me to open two windows one with image gallery and one with the thread you want to put your pics in. Right click on your image and click "copy image address" then go to your thread and click the box that looks like a picture says "insert image link" then when that box opens right click in the space for typing the link and click "paste" and then click "OK" and your picture link will be inserted into the thread as a link, click preview post and it will show the post with picture. Hope that helps and makes sense.

right click on the picture you want, copy image address, paste to your add with {img}your picture address{/img}
note the brackets and the forward slash

If you get the little thumbnail, "open in new window" and paste that link and you get the full sized image.
