I see a few battery powered, easy to hide trackers like the Brickhouse Security Spark Nano 5.0 GPS Tracker or the Spy Tech STI_GL300 Real-Time GPS Tracker. Both have advertised 2 month batteries.STI has an additional 6 month battery, but $150 and not good reviews on it lasting as advertised.
Curious if anyone has real experience- suggestions for tracking their loved one's vehicles. I located a few plug in units that go in the on board diagnostic port, but I need this to be stealth.
I would use the smartphone tracker, but the one I need to keep an eye on barely can use a flip phone! lol
Thanks for any suggestions
Allen

Might want to check the legal implications of this, especially if it is a vehicle your name is not on.

I used a linxup gps tracker to catch my adulterous now ex-wife. They make a couple of models, one plugs into the obd port and the other is wired in. I used the wired in because the obd model sticks down and can be seen. I wired it above the steering column behind the dash in her Camry. We were most of the way through the divorce before her lawyer figured out I knew too much and had someone look over the car & found it. It kept me from getting raped in the divorce. You can track either through their website or a smartphone app. http://www.linxup.com/?gclid=CjwKCA...79494T9x4nAgaJ4Ir_yBaO16HSRoCR-4QAvD_BwE

I know they are becoming pretty common place with small business that run a fleet of vehicles. I have a buddy that his boss uses them in his service trucks. It really put a wrench in what used to be his normal work habits! Business owner said it was the best move he ever made.

Thanks
Yes, the vehicle is in my name, good point.
I have the same concern Crow hunter, he would for sure see the obd port device.
I'll look at those devices, and yes I saw an add for fleet systems.
