Is it just me? It reminds me of a group of fat cats gathering at the most expensive restaurant in town to determine the fate of the world. It may have something to do with the white tablecloths. I know of no data so I'm guessing only about 10% of ordinary people in middle America eat where there are tablecloths when they "dine out." Mark needs to move to a booth in Ihop or a backyard picnic table and have his group hang up their $1,000 blazers. I'm a conservative and one of his longtime fans, but this set smacks of elitism.
