Tom dropped a copy for me to take home at our annual Texas hog hunt weeks ago and it is reminiscent of John Taffin's sixgun books. A solid recollection of works. As I am headed to Namibia with an old FN Supreme 30-06 your 165 gr data will guide me.

Just started the list of people who want to be notified when Gack 2 appears, and you're at the top of the list.
As noted earlier, we usually announce a new book when the first printing is scheduled. The books normally arrive here 6-8 weeks after that.

John please put me down for book 2 also. I'll be looking forward to the chapter discussing how to develop a load without data. I want to try some reduced loads for a Ruger #1 450-400. I don't need an Elephant gun but I have it and a reduced load should turn it into a decent 100-150 yard deer rifle.
