Picked up a nice little Smith and Wesson M19-2 6" the other day. Has a few scuffs and some holster wear on the barrel but functions perfectly and is in pretty good shape considering we are both about the same age. Put about 50 rounds of 158gr lswc & 4.3gr of Unique through it last night without a hitch. Shot a few groups rested in the 2" range at 25 yards. Neat gun and holding up better to it's age than I am. lol

Nice! I have a 6" 19-3 that I really enjoy shooting.

I do have a soft spot for S&W revolvers, especially when they are blued and have nice wood grips.

Love the diamond grips. Wasn't made in '65 by chance, was it?

Very nice. I have a Colt Trooper 6” barrel that was my first, and still favorite handgun. Even though I own a Beretta and Sig semi-auto the Colt is my baby.....
Love those big revolvers!

I've never before seen a 19 with that Patridge sight, only the ramp. How common is that sight on 19s?

I've seen both the red ramp and the patridge sights on the 6" guns. My 6" M19 has the patridge sight.
