SAKO Suojeluskuntain Ase- ja Konepaja Oy Two very clean examples from the late eighties/early nineties. The lighter colored stock with figure is the .223 Remington. The darker plain stock is the .243 Winchester. Both have matte finish wood & high polish blue metalwork. Both have been shot very little, round count unknown. Actions are very tight, no wear on blued bolt surfaces. Bores are shiny and unpitted. Both have light sporter “pencil” barrels. Wood is very clean with a few very minor safe dings from being moved around. Scopes are both Leupold Vari-X IIc 4-12x40 AO gloss fine duplex. Butler creek caps included. Scopes have no issues & hold zero, boxes included. Bipods are Harris Ultralight. Slings are Montana Slings. $1,700 each plus shipping. Will only ship to FFL holder. Will separate for the right deal. Beautiful rifles. I've got the same guns , except that my 243 is wearing factory iron sights and a 6x42. My .223 has a 2x7 leupold. free bump good luck with your sale. I'm stuck on A series sakos, not sure I could sell mine.

I don't know what reasonable means to you, but you might be a tad high on your asking price. I keep reading how the rifle market is soft, the lack of replies on your post might be indicative of that. You might check out completed sales on GunBroker to see what AI's and II's are bringing these days. Good luck with the high school graduate and the rest!

Scott, good luck with your sale. My third child just finished college in May. I paid the full ride for all three, no student loans. On paper it was impossible to make tuition and my own cost of living for 9 years ( two girls the same age, in school for the same 4 years), but somehow it worked out. Keep your chin up and good luck with your rifles, I think they are priced for what they are worth and wouldn't be in a hurry to sell to low just yet.
