Any real difference between them? Weight, brightness, durability, etc?
I don't care about price differences, just trying to pick between the two.

Had both and they were both bright / clear. 3-6 weighs 12 oz and the 3-10 weighs 12.7
The biggest difference is if you want a BRH reticle you have to go with the 3-10x42.

I have both and if I could keep only one, it would be the 3-10x42 w/BRH reticle.

I have had both and prefer the 3-10x42. I still own 4.

I've also had both and still have 3-10x42 scopes. To me, they provide a brighter image.
