Kids were tough back then. We made do. Today you are pampered and want all free. You all live on a cell phone. Learning is from the net.

I had the same problem (Aguila) with my Buckmark, as did my friend with his S&W Victory. There must be some minor dimensional or configuration difference with Aguila that causes it to hang up in narrow single stack .22 magazines.
Simple test: If it doesn't happen with other ammo, it is the Aguila. Switch to another ammo. Aguila is good stuff, except for this quirk.

[quote=bfrshooter]Can't talk to those that did nothing but know everything, Sad to see it. I could upgrade a BB gun to shoot faster Stinking back sight held the spring. Knew what burned the seals from a pump and made a new brass tube. I made sinker and jig molds as a kid. My offer is never outdated. I will give you steel or any metal and a hacksaw, file, hand brace drill and some metal to make the drill bit. You can't make a rope but know how a gun works. 99.9 cant make fire. I can take you down the road between houses in the dark and will never see you again. I bet all that I will get you lost in 5 minutes. I took a friend to the mower shop and he was lost in a mile. Had to put it in his GPS. We went 30 miles on bikes to fish. Now you need GPS for 2 miles. As kids we ran all over Cleveland at night. Rode bikes 20 to 30 miles to fish, spent all night fishing lake Erie. But to go to Huron or Sandusky was a bike ride. Old balloon tires with paper bags to hold rods and stuff. No food that we could not forage Young field corn and some taters we brought. Fire and fish on sticks. Taters in coals. We made it. Bullheads on a stick were supreme. To catch silver "channel Cats"cats topped it off. Standing waist deep snagging suckers at the run to snag them was fun. You babies need all given free now. Most have never had muddy boots. How about what you did and not what a gun writer did. I was in a poor family, never had boots but neighbors took me rabbit hunting with borrowed shotguns. Feet in 8" of snow was bad and I still suffer. Cheap tennis shoes did not work. I came up the hard way and you tell me you are smarter. Go for it, I just chuckle Somebody has been using the 'puter when the nurse goes on a smoke break.

Aguila ammo is a bit longer than typical domestic ammo, which can hang up in a skinny pistol magazine. The cases are NOT longer, but the bullet nose is a fuzz longer.
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.
