Nauseating. What goes by the name "Catholic Church" today is a mere changeling. I feel the need to point out that the Catechism, the teachings of the Catholic Church, is pretty much constant. And unlike many religions all must accept the Catechism if they are to be Catholic, it's universal. It is after all the world's biggest and oldest bureaucracy an any kind of change is slow and hard. Silly stuff like this is far from the official teachings..

Search for the undiluted word of Jesus. Our time on earth is short, make the best of it. Eternity will be quite miserable when thinking about what could have been done differently. You can bash people from the Catholic Church, but the teachings of the church are still the word of Jesus.
