This current-production scope was bought recently, and though I mounted and used it to kill a couple of hogs, I see no evidence of ring marks or compressions, and the glass is pristine. There are a couple of tiny marks on the rheostat illumination knob which won't even show in a picture, but that is all of the evidence I can see that it was even used. The L3 reticle is superb for low light, and the illumination starts out very, very dim (much dimmer than the FlashDot series). If you look at the photo of the reticle, you can see that the illumination is on and that it does NOT overpower the image or negatively affect one's vision. What is does, provide, however, is a precise aiming point for taking game in the worst of lighting scenarios. Box, factory covers, etc. included. WAS $1425 now $1325 to your door anywhere in the US. (A comparable new scope will run you well north of $2200.) PayPal (friend-fam or plus the fees) MUCH preferred, but a USPS m/o will do as well. Thanks.
