Has anyone knowingly bought any copycat optics just to try out? You see these “ bargains” on ebay all the time. “American” optics ships from Singapore or Hong Kong. I just wonder if they are any good at all. That’s how the Japanese started years ago until now they make pretty good stuff so we hear.

Screw the Chinese stealing from good company's.

Like someone wrote tell me how good the customer service is on that scope??????

Why should we return the favor any more?
That is what they do “just try one out”!

I'd knowingly buy a known Chinese brand before doing this. I won't knowingly encourage their behavior by giving them my money.

Buying stuff made in China that is marked as such is one thing. Some good companies are having stuff made in China, and supporting them or not is a personal choice.

Buying counterfeit goods knowingly is something else entirely. [bleep] those thieving bastards!
