Not new, just a Marlin 60 copy from the looks of it. The Marlins are inexpensive and well-thought-of. I'd simply buy one of those.
There are Rossis, and Rossis. I booked a bunch of their switch-barrel singles when I worked at Dick's years ago. Wasn't impressed, and the skinny was that you had to re-sight them every time you took them apart. Some of their stuff looks pretty nice, but given a choice, I'd buy something else in most cases.
