I have been looking for a Marlin 1894, 20" octagon barrel, .357mag, but seems like they are impossible to find. My FFL says he can't find any. Ideas?

I was pricing them yesterday on GunsAmerica. They had about 10, all around $600 to 650.00 new.
I was comparing to a used 24-inch .357 that I found.

Consider a Rossi M 92 clone for less than $ 450 .

Rossi may be less, but if OP wants a side ejection, Rossi is not an option.
From there it depends on whether it will be scoped and whether or not you want to support US manufacturers
