Will she realize it's futile to hold out and just retire?
I think it's possible, but unlikely so long as Trump is in office. I continue to hope however. She might drop over from the shock. Evil pos that she is, though, I doubt it.

I am also beginning to have my doubts that the rinos in the United States Senate have the balls or the intelligence to to get Judge Kavanaugh onto the Supreme Court.

I'm no RBG fan, but even she has publicly stated that the Kavanaugh nomination process has been a spectacle, and has said he has a brilliant legal mind and is well qualified. She is old school liberal where you could agree to disagree and still go out for a beer after the debate. The new left is Far from that.
