Just got the new Cabelas deer catalog today. They are showing the T3x Superlight in LH in 6.5 Creed, 308, and 300 Win. Mag. Checked on their site, and there is nothing showing up. It says it is a Cabelas exclusive, and it is in their new camo.

Yeah, not a great camo pattern for a gun. Guess thats how they justify $1000

My thought was they were trying to compete with the Browning Ambush with that camo.

Now if sportsman's would just come out with a left handed one with a black stock at $300.00 cheaper, like the exclusive they sell in the RH model...

One catalog only. That was before the demise of the Cabelas warranty and bargain cave. Wonder if Bass Holes decided that exclusive guns are not something they want to continue

I have thought about taking the catalog in and trying to put one on order, just to see what would happen.

Call Tikka's customer service and ask them if they made a special rifle for Cabela's to sell....I'm sure they can tell you if it's real or not.

That would necessitate a call to BerettaUSA. I'll deal with Cabelas.

You've got a point there.

I can't comment on the future of the Tikka model made for Cabela's, but I saw 4 of them on the rack at the LaVista, NE Cabela's last week. Various calibers (308, 270, etc). That store at least still has some of them. Whether they will continue to stock them into the future - I have no way of knowing that.

They had a previous version in a different camo (Hardwoods HD), which is still cataloged online. The new one is available in LH

Just got another Cabelas deer hunting catalog and they are still in there, including lefties. Nothing online yet

KenMI - I need to get my hands on one of those catalogs. I'd like to see the options they show for lefties.

Went to Cabelas here in Anchorage about the Sig P365 they had in there sale flyer, they said they had none, only option was to put it on order and if it ever came in, I could have one!

Also had to order it from home as they could not do on line orders from store,

Not t impressed with what Cabelas has in there catalogs and lack of customer service!

I should have snapped a picture before I tossed the catalog. Maybe someone else can post one. It was in both deer hunting catalogs that came this year. Wasn't in the shooting or fall catalogs I got.

Was at the Cabelas Dundee MI yesterday and they had one LH in .300 WM. Didn’t handle it as I already have a .300 and the line was long. I did pick up a couple nice items In the Bargain cave though. Seems they’re closing the cave in several stores and consolidateing in a few others. Dundee had a ton of new stuff.

Hit Cabela's in Louisville and Lexington yesterday afternoon on way home from Whitaker's. Didn't see jack in either of the Cabela's stores worth picking up...
