Well, just about time to start thinking about turkeys again. Was -22 with the windchill here in the Ottawa Valley today, but supposed to by + 16 with rain by the day after tomorrow
This will be my 2nd year hunting turkeys, got a jake last year. Enjoy it almost as much as bow hunting for deer. New regs also look like you can phone in the details instead of having to visit a check in station - makes life a bit easier.
I imagine that the birds should have wintered well with the little snow we've had in this neck of the woods.
