Any one here using a .36 RPP by Ranger Point Precision? They claim it will launch a .35 caliber 220 grain Speer flat point at about 2,500 fps mv out of a 24" barrel using a modified .35 Whelen case. Pressures are not over 50,000 psi with that load according to them. They do this in a 336 Marlin made no later then the mid 70's.

Go over to the Marlinowners forum. There are people there that have the 36 RPP and RPP is an active poster.
