Rolex watches require calibration by an expert. Not everyone who claims to be a Rolex dealer or Service center qualifies. My GMT is over thirty years old, and has only been serviced by the best ( not to read most expensive ), and it keeps perfect time. I say it is the cheapest watch that I ever owned, because it is tough. I used to trash even good brand watches after a year or so. The Rolex keeps on keeping on.

My two cents,

Jack

I think my comparison is getting taken a bit out of context.

I was getting at that it's not fair to compare a Precision instrument against an assembly line item

While I have not personally had the opportunity to experience it, I have read of more than a few S&B fails and seen one not working during a match. Nightforce on the other hand.......

Tract Toric 8x42 Schott HT binoculars, 30% off.

I wish I would have known Doug was offering a further discount for Campfire members when I purchased a Meopta Meopro from Camera Land on Wednesday.
