With the football breeding ground that is the state of Texas and the immense financial resources available to UT, there is no excuse for the Longhorns not to be in the top 10 every year. And in the top 5 most years. Even though I'm an SEC fan, I'm glad to see Texas getting back to where they should be.
There is a tremendous amount of speed on both sides of the ball. This is going to be an exciting second half.
