Where you're at is a crappy place to be emotionally. If you're at all a religious person, go to church and learn to forgive your ex. That is the only way to truly move on. Do you have a close friend or two? Family? Confide in them and trust their judgment while yours is so emotionally clouded. Lastly, get enough sleep while you're going through this.
