One thing that I do like about college basketball is the level of parity; nice to see frequent "upsets".
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

As far as my favorite, UNC, Dean Smith was the master as far as I am concerned, then along comes Roy Williams he's a great coach. Duke would have to be a close second, NC State and the rest of the ACC are also tough. Count on an ACC Team being in the final four.

Yeah, I've been a fan since 1962. Don't care for Calipari, don't care for the one and done, don't care for the way the game is played today, but I still pull for the Cats. Guess I'm old school, but I still consider Dan Issel to be the best Kentucky player ever. Louie Dampier was my favorite of all time.

5sdad is correct regarding parity. You can be a top 5 team, have a cold night against a non-ranked, and you’ll get it handed to you pretty quickly.

Duke, of course. You can actually understand the kids when they get interviewed. I just wish they would stick around more than one year. At all schools. The one and done is bad for the kids in the long run. No education other than bball.
