She clearly tries to 'wing' everything and has no clue about any of it beforehand yet obviously feels that she knows everything about everything. Add that to the fact that she is a terrible orator and it comes out as a jumbled mess, much like 99.9% of her policies....

The dems are so butt-hurt over Trump being elected, I wonder if taking over the house wasnt the first step in their plan to rectify the situation. Next step is to get Trump out of office and then remove Spence from office. Pelosi would then be president and bring Hitlery back into the flock some way. Pretty scary.
