Saw Jud's antelope/pork Traeger results, anyone have a favorite, or go to recipe without the Traeger? Skillet, crock pot, oven, whatever?

I have a decent Swedish meatball recipe that I could write up for you, if that is what you are after?

If you haven’t already, check out Hank Shaw’s Buck, Buck, Moose cookbook. It has meatball recipes and a bunch of other delicious recipes. Some are intensive, but the ones I’ve tried out have been spot on! Venison bulgogi and the barbacoa are my favorites so far!

Oops. Didn’t realize this was so old. But still. Hank Shaw is awesome.
