Not totally sure how this works, But when you buy a stripped lower, register it as undeclared, or a pistol. If you register it as a rifle, just putting a pistol upper on it makes you a felon. If it's a pistol or undeclared, you can use any upper.
I started to explain the rules for pistols and rifles, it is about as clear as mud. Lots of "if you's." The easy version is register as a pistol. If you use it as a rifle you will be good. The option for other uses will be there. If you decide to make it a pistol, with or without a brace, you will be able to. But check the laws. Certain combinations can suddenly become illegal. Wrong if you live in a free state the dealer registers them as other. If you live in California psa even states they ship as rifle lowers. The dealer I go to here in Wasilla told me all stripped lowers go in the book as other. If you have to tell your dealer to register a stripped lower as other, it's time to find another dealer..
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Add the CMC...if only yet AGAIN...............(grin) Don't know what a CMC is....... Hint..... I will say this your Google fu sucks.. if I were you saddle up to the computer, click on you tube. In the search bar type AR15 build hit enter. Then prepare to have your mind blown. After that do a new search and type AR15 triggers. Hit enter and sit back and watch.. then go to PSA or hit any of the links provided, buy the psa rifle kit, then buy a psa stripped lower. Have the lower shipped to your ffl. If you are lucky your dealer will be in psa database already. It's easy peasy.

CMC makes triggers. They're very good triggers, but not as good as others are for only a little more money, and they're made by a great group of people who do a lot to support the shooting community. I don't need to afford them because I've got a pile of them and they send me more for free when I ask.

Blue',
Folks who "know" and "do" as "much" as you, will ALWAYS be better served by asking questions...rather than giving "answers". Hint.
Bless your heart for trying though.
Congratulations?!?

That is fine. It may lack a little accuracy compared to the SS barrel, but it will probably last longer. It's still good enough to blast a deer @ 300. I've won club matches shooting one just like that.

I traded all my flat for curved bows. My kids’ 15-22 has. 2.5# curved. In use it’s indistinguishable from the 3.5# model.

You've been repeatedly led to water.
Re-hint...............
The kit in your link was sold out yesterday, pick another,,,, Did you have a woody for that SS barrel?? otherwise other kits are still on sale. The "wylde" chamber an important feature? Here it is again for you. Not sure why they change up their sku #s. PSAFrom what I could tell, there's a slight difference in the freefloat tubes.

LAUGHING!........... There are those who win matches and those who merely dream of greatness and pretend that the last hundredth of a BC point plugged into a ballistic calculator makes them more than mediocre, and choose instead to simply be "characters" known only for their blowing. Congratulations?
