CFT - Jim Beam & coke !!
Dice onion & bacon & sautée + however much red chilli fake you can handle, once at texture you like, deglaze pan with a good lug of dry white wine & cook out till most of the moisture is gone, add heavy cream & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer while you do your pasta.
Add a spoonful of the starchy pasta water to the sauce & pour over pasta.
Add cracked pepper & "zested" parmesan cheese.
My family like it hot !

& the longer you cook down the bacon, onion & chilli flakes, the more intense the heat becomes !

Deer heart Bullschit! Howd you do that?? Do what? I broke it down into 3 pieces (left ventricle, septum and right ventricle) then trimmed it up, soaked it in worchestshire, olive oil and red vinegar. Put some fajita rub on it that I mixed up real quick and threw it on the grill until 120 deg or so. Spectacular. Wouldn't want it a degree warmer.

My family like it hot ! Sorry bud, I read that wrong...thought it was J & B and coke. I'm going to give your recipe a go. Looks delicious! Pretty sure my family will like it - with maybe a tad less fire.
