Selling for friend Jeff H in Coos Bay OR. Kirby Allen built it new for him a couple years ago. It's been hunted and shot a bit then stored in a heated safe since then.

APS Xtreme Sporter, 338 Ultra Maxx, (It's an improved 338 Edge) built on a Weatherby Vanguard long action with single shot follower in place. Lilja fluted stainless steel #7 contour, 30" finish length, Painkiller muzzle brake, McMillan A-5 tactical stock. Rifle weighs #15. 9-13 Harris Bi-Pod leg notch swivel model. Timney trigger.

Night Force 5.5-22x56 NXS scope with I believe NPR1 reticle. NF steel picatinny rail. Steel Valdada tactical rings.

Rifle is in a cheap hard case for transport and shipping. Extremely accurate hunting rifle. With Jeffs daughter shooting it she shot a group at 500 yards about 1/2". Approximately 100 rounds fired including fire forming. Jeff took it hunting a couple times but just don't need this much rifle anymore. Never fired while hunting.

Comes with Custom Hornady 338 Ultra Maxx dies
Custom Lee Collet neck die
High end Forster micrometer seater.

Components.
400-Sierra 300 grain SMK bullets
190-266 grain Nosler 2nd Accubonds,
48- fire formed brass
30- with a false shoulder ready to fire form
40- brand new brass
14- loaded with 300 grain SMK's
5- loaded with 266 grain Accubonds

It is featured on Kirby's website. http://www.apsrifles.com/Photo_Gallery.html

Long range elk killer there.

This rifle took 3 years to get. This whole package comes with everything but gun powder and primers. Most of the brass is all new and easy to form. Being it's an improved, once he neck is formed you can put the final load in it and go hunting. Any tips that would make this move quicker?
