Hi who shoots and likes this ammo? I also wonder if the 75 grain Hornady BTHP would be about as good as the 75 grain speer gold dot for deer hunting?

I think the 75 grain bullet will work fine, I wonder how the frontier ammo is?

FWIW - Way back when I had some factory Hornady ammo that was in Frontier head stamped brass.

Ned, yes, they have resurrected the name, the new Frontier is loaded by Lake City, whether it is identical to LC I don't know.

Just be careful with which lot you get; a number of kabooms have been reported due to poor QC with Frontier on arfcom, across bullet weights.

That post was in September. Most likely any budget 223/5.56 ammo has moved off the shelves way before now.
Maybe not in a remote Mom &Pop store, but definitely in a high volume di counter.
