Barr really screwed the pooch trying to protect Trump. There is nothing in the regulations regarding a Special Counsel that says the AG needs to summarize, editorialize, or try to spin the Special Counsel's report. It's clear to all that, as Trump's hand picked protector, his summary was a whitewash, and, in Pelosi's words, "arrogant", "condescending" and just plain wrong. He needs to convey the entire report to Congress. Period. That has happened in every single previous Special Counsel investigation. Trump can't hide forever, and Barr, like every other person who has ever worked for Trump, has been diminished. C'est la vie.

Barr is going to release the report in April. They need some time to figure out what, if anything, needs to be redacted to conform with Grand Jury proceedings. You see, that's the LAW that requires them to do that.

Yes, Barr will release the report, and without redactions. But it will be against his will, probably under a subpoena from the House. It's as I said. Barr will try to withhold the report, the harder he tries, the more we know there is incriminating evidence in it. This will not be good news for Barr, or Trump, or the Republicans. The entire Watergate investigation including all the supporting documents was released to Congress one afternoon, and to the public two days later. Barr is dragging his feet, drawing his own conclusions where Mueller refused to do so. He's a political hack and should never have been confirmed. This will go down as a stain on the Republican party. They should be ashamed, but have abandoned all sense of decency. They bow down to the great Oz, refusing to see the tiny man behind the curtain for the fraud he has always been.
