Hey neighbor. Edmond resident here. Lots depends on physical condition. I'm at the Tulsa gun show this weekend and have seen varmint models in various calibers from $950-$1,200.
Be careful when you look for 22-250's as they may have a high round count which could affect accuracy. I'll look more tomorrow and will get back to you if I learn anything new.

Sig.

Hey OSU. Thanks, we may definitely be neighbors, up at coffee creek and penn. I wanted to go to the show this weekend but had to be up in Kansas City for the weekend. Find anything you couldn’t live without?

Have had more than a few.

Scope mounting sucks heavy ass.

Triggers suck heavy ass.

Celt's hanger mod is a must.

Twist rate and throating run the gamut,so BEWARE.

Hint...………………….

I bought two new #1-Vs in the early to mid-'80s, a .223 and a .22-250. Both rifles were very accurate but neither would hold a zero well. Tried different scopes but ultimately had to lay the blame on the rifles; perhaps bedding was the problem with both.

Usafbee: I have two Ruger #1's in caliber 22-250 Remington online right now.
One is a beautifully stocked #1-B with a Leupold 3.5x10 variable scope.
The second is a stainless #1-V with laminated stock with a Leupold 6x18 variable.
They BOTH are permanent and very welcome members of my arsenal of "accurate" Rifles!
I do not retain inaccurate Rifles - never have, never will!
I also have another more recent acquisition - a Ruger #1-V blued model (with standard walnut stock) but I have not fired that Rifle or scoped it as yet. The trigger on this Rifle is excellent as are the triggers on the previously mentioned Rifles.
I wish I was more up on current prices for you - when I see something I like and appears in mint or near mint condition I buy it. Worry about the price later.
This latest (most recently purchased!) Ruger #1-V blued I paid $850.00 for it (with original rings) from a friend.
I would say on a good day at a good gunshow and in its current condition (near mint) it would sell for $875.00 to $950.00 here in the Rocky Mountain west.
Good luck if you are looking at one.

Usafbee...one factor that can drive the price of the No. 1's is the stock. If it is one of the early ones with good wood in it, it can make a difference in the price. I apologize if someone has already mentioned that, if they did I missed it.
