Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

That would be wise. Maybe they can leave the Hillary Hole in Mass. That would be appropriate.

I seem to remember something about this. If I'm not mistaken the S&W facility is a shipping facility, not a manufacturing plant.

Google; S&W going to Mo. 5 or 6 articles take your pick.
Moving the Springfield distribution center to Mo. & also other small ones that are scattered about.
No mention of anything else, & the manufacturing was never mentioned in the articles I read. Moving that out of Ma. would be bittersweet IMO. Bitch slapping Ma. would be nice, but the loss of talent wouldn't be.
Not every experienced employee would just pack up & follow.

From what I have read, Mass and NY are losing many good people and companies. Some just close doors. One reason is taxes are so high and the minimum wage has gone up. They are losing the tax base. Liberal, socialist ideas don't work. I will never understand why they keep voting in liberals. I see it here in WV too, the state taxes my retirement and then goes into my SS. When I moved in I did not know how bad a homeowners association was even one where we are left alone pretty much. No gunfire or hunting but the first thing I did was build a range in my woods and can hunt all the neighbors properties. One fellow up the road loves to hunt and has guns but he is a pure democrat and hates Trump???? Another does not slow down to our speed limit and goes past at 40 to 50 MPH to throw gravel far into my lawn. Our big issue is road maintenance and I was road manager with a neighbor with equipment that fixed them better then ever. Liberals complained about money used so we left the job. They hired cheap to ruin the roads, took off the crown and pushed the gravel off the sides. We sunk to the frames to get in and out. They hired cheap snow plow and he goes 40 MPH so it takes me 10 hours to rake so I can mow. Now nobody will take a job and if you do any work you still have to pay the high fees. Liberals ruin everything they touch. At least WV lets us open carry or concealed without a permit except in Gov't buildings. Just give the gun to security and pick it up going out. Just never have a gun on when going into VA or Mary land.

It's pretty stupid of a gun company to remain in an anti-gun state.
Trump being classless, tasteless and clueless as usual. Sorry, trump is a no tax payin pile of shiit. My young wife decided to play the field and had moved several dudes into my house

It's pretty stupid of a gun company to remain in an anti-gun state. True. My friend up town is from Jersey and tells me tales about it there. My wife calls him the pest. I agree because he is paranoid. He has a big dog and has his little carry on all the time. I go over and he and his wife and the dog is there but when I go to leave, the doors are locked. He was here shooting the other day and claims he is not a handgun guy since I hunt only with them. I gave him my .500 JRH, BFR and the ripple up his arm into his body was a thing for Youtube. I told him he needs a computer chair with wheels. He downloads every rifle to minimums, .444, 30-06 and .303 to escape recoil. I have no loaded guns in the house, do not carry and can leave my doors open day and night. I think it because we shoot all the time and everyone knows how I shoot. We had some drug stuff in Bakerton for a while but it has been cleaned up some. Shooting around here is common and we love it. One back behind me is an air marshal and he shoots all the time. It is nothing to hear shots all around.

Not every experienced employee would just pack up & follow. Lets hope this is not a repeat of the Marlin (Remlin) fiasco... Jerry It depends what (if any) product lines they move there. Newer designed guns like the M&P would probably be fine. It's when you get into the revolvers and 1911's that require hand fitting that the problems might start. The Northeast has a tradition of machine shops and gunsmithing. It's easy to train a new employee to assemble parts of a Glock or AR. Older guns, not so much. Machinists/gunsmiths take years to train.
