I had a pseudo AAA repaired in 2014. Spent one night in the hospital then took it easy at home with lots of icing to keep swelling down. It was not long before I was back doing everything as before.

Beats the hell outta having an open AAA repair. Assuming your surgeon and interventional radiologist know what they are doing, it’s the way to go.
Is the aneurysm supra or infra (above or below) renal (arteries to the kidneys)?? As long as it’s not right at your renals and they don’t bag the artery to your spine (Adamkiewicz) it should be WAY smoother than opening you up.

Had no idea. No symptoms at all.
Routine annual physical the doc found it pressing on my stomach
I had lost 16 pounds since last year, on purpose, so perhaps that helped.
They said its about 3 inches wide and have had it for a few years. Who knew?
