1969. Many consider the "T" series the ultimate in HP production quality.
I wouldn't take less than $1200 for mine.

I'm sensing something did not end well.

I lost a really nice 141 Remington in .35 Rem. in a deal that didn't end well.
Relative wanted a family gun I was caretaker of.
"If you ever want to get rid of this, let me know first."
"OK."
He traded it for an 870. I like 870's fine. But he got scccrewed.
Dumbass, idiot, whatever word you like.

Can you tell I'm still raw about it?

Ron, can't help but ask. What happened with those T Series guns.?

it's a long story, but a relative that had more money than midas, but loved screwing people, liar, cheat, and thief. I didn't have anything to do with him for many years but wife said maybe he had changed, he hadn't.
he liked me finding good buys on various firearms, for his benefit. He didn't have the knowlege to do it.
when i finally fired him, the hipowers were in my possession, i oiled them up, and handed them to his sister after she gave me a receipt for them.
i am pretty sure they are in a storage area with a lot of other stuff that he really doesn't have an appreciation for, probably rusting away at this point.
He really didn't know what they were sitting there in front of him.
I hate to mention some of the other stuff.
The good part is i found some extensive collections later, bought all of them mostly, and yeah, it's raw, he will never see any of them.

i bought a set and like an idiot sold them to a "friend" some years back, unfired, consecutively serial numbered, paid 700 for both of them. He sold them shortly after to purchase a Sig , i will never do that again.
