It's a favorite of mine, served with rice. I'm surprised there aren't any restaurants serving a similar dish. Anyone else have special casseroles that can only be prepared from home? Make Gitmo Great Again!! Who gave the order to stop counting votes in the swing states on the night of November 3/4, 2020?

Not a casserole, but I do make what I call bambischnitzel, which is jagerschnitzel with morel gravy over homemade spaetzle. Add some cucumber salad, bread and a good kolsch or hefeweizen and it’s good eats. Haven’t seen it in a restaurant yet Old70

Top with sharp shredded cheese and bake until the cheese melts.Ground meat and rice is cooked ahead of time. We had it tonight .
