Does anyone know if either 200 or 225 gr. Accubond can be loaded in the .358? Seems to me I read the 225 was too long but, I may have dreamed that. Nosler only lists the 225 Partition in their loading data too.

I have seen some posts where folks are using both in a 358 Win. Currently, I'm using the 200 gr Hornady and getting good groups and it works well on deer.

I agree. It's hard to fault the Hornady 200 or Sierra 225 for deer.

Another +1 for the Hornady 200's....for several years, my main deer rifle was a Remington Model 7-KS in .350mag, loaded somewhat mild...around 2500-fps or thereabouts. Worked really well on deer , and that performed at those speeds.

MD had an article that included 358 handloads. He got some incredible velocity with TAC.
I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally

Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
Ain’t easy havin pals.

Practice with 225 sgk and shoot critters with the partition. Not bagging on the sgk but it is a hard bullet.

I have a .35 Whelen and my go to loads are 225 gr. SGK with IMR 4064 and Hornady 200 gr. Inter-lok RN with IMR 3031. Those two combinations are deadly accurate in my rifle and perform well on whitetails, should do the same in .358.

The 225 Accubond shot good from my Hawkeye with 47grs H4895.
I use the 200 Hornady with H4895 or the 220 Speer with 3031 though.
When I die I hope I don't start voting democrat.

The OAL vs mag box length is the deciding factor on if they can be fed from the mag.....not all short action mag boxes are created equally.
