Looking to sell my old hunting rifle as I upgraded this year and my new one just arrived.
For sale is a slightly used Savage lightweight hunter chambered in 6.5 creedmoor. A timney trigger has been installed in the rifle. The rifle comes with Talley rings and a Leupold vx-3i 3.5-10x40 scope. The scope has a WindPlex reticle and the CDS turret system. I have not used the turret coupon for it. So you should be able to have Leupold make a custom turret for your preferred ammo.
The rifle is in really solid shape. The wood is in "great" shape. It does have some indentations in it, but it is in really good shape. The metal is nearly flawless. The Savage medalian on the bottom of the pistol grip is missing. It must have not been glued on the best. I took it hunting twice last year and it was purchased new last year.
It has about 100 rounds down the barrel and shot Hornady precision hunter ammo at about 1".
