Ive got a good collection of 22 h.p. ammo Graham but not that one, pity its not easier we could swap a box which would help both of us. An interesting find, private or auction?

I'd say after 1918 and before 1923. (Rick99, How'd I do? )

That is true Don. However, Giles and Shuey (Winchester Cartridge Boxes) say the date code references the last of any number of changes to specifications and/or labeling, not production date. The "other code" 2948 has another meaning and is before the "K" code started ~K3000/~1923 Thus why I guessed, after 1918 and before 1923.

They have a 3-23 top label. Maybe a cleanup run?
