My wife fixed our celebratory dinner today,....a big roasted chicken with scalloped potatoes, dressing, gravy, biscuits,....
,...leftover heaven.
I've got to drive her to Florida for her birthday in February for it,...but everything has a price.

It's over until next year. Time to move on. We'll leave decorations up to Jan 1st. Might even take them down before then if I get to feeling better.

I still say most miss the mark by a goodly margin. Festivities begin on the 24th and go thru to the 6th.
Seems everyone is doing the Hallmark/Hollywood/Shopping mall version of Christmas.
