Ok, I have a 1981 Remington 700 BDL, 308 Win. This was bought new in 1981 by a friend of mine and he can't remember if he ever fired it! He said that it's been sitting in the safe all these years. Selling as "fired", only because I can't confirm that it has not. Enough on that. Blueing is beautiful, and the wood stock is just as nice. There are a few extremely minor marks in the stock that I'll only mention for honesty sake that would probably go unnoticed by most. The only thing "wrong" with this rifle, is that it's missing the rear sight. A replacement should be easy to find, if you wanted one. Not much else to say about this short action beauty.
