That is the most stupid show ever. The amount of money they spend on building warm housing and providing heat would make it impossible to live there..
Also look at all the equipment they are using to make it, it would take millions to do...totally fake TV crap...

I met Heimo back in June when I was passing through Ft. Yukon for a bear hunt. Very nice guy and we talked for about an hour. He told me stories of how he gets letters from little old ladies who feel sorry for him. They would put in a few dollars to help him buy fruit or vegetables. Knowing what things cost in the villages up there he said "Seriously what do they expect me to buy with $5". Funny how even the Last Alaskans have groupies.

Can't believe they keep Alaskan Bush People on and not Last Alaskans. Doesn't make any sense to me. I have to agree with that. Alaskan Bush People just strike me as a family of con artists. Can't stomach that show. On the Last Alaskans, you get to view life in the late fall and winter. It's not an easy life and only the ones that know what they are doing will survive.
