I happened to look in the classified section of todays paper and saw an add for;
Savage 99A
.375 Winchester topped with a 2.5 X 10 44mm Simmons never shot.
I called, the seller said it was listed Sunday morning and did not last very long.

Twasn't me. I read the other paper as well. Old(er) Savages are hot commodities now-a-days; bargains are few and far between. The folks that got in on the ground floor (Jed et al) are sittin' pretty.

Living close to Mt Pleasant pa. wished I had caught that ad in the Post. By the way fire i'll be moving closer to Pittsburgh at the end of June. North Huntingdon Twp. I will not be off line though. I can even hit a Panera's restaurant with the notebook comp. and keep tabs on You'ns (thats West. Pa for Y'all)
