Long shot, but any SS Remington 700 KS 30-06's needing a new home?

Thanks

The KS rifles are great, and underappreciated in the market. I'll look around.

Would also potentially be interested in a LA KS Stock - Either a Brown or McMillan

I’ll look as well. There was one on here not long ago but I believe it sold. I know where there is a screaming deal on a 338 ... I’m even tempted myself.
I’ll keep my eyes open for an ‘06. KS love is strong this weekend grin

Yes, if after trying a few different loads, if you can't get a KS to shoot 1/2", it's not the rifle :-)

The '06 that was on here a while ago was a blued one and was sold, should have given it more consideration. This isn't really a need like most things, but something I've always wanted.

Yep. It was. Glanced at your add and didn’t appreciate the stainless part. Haven’t seen a ss ‘06 in a while. Long while.

I bought the blue 30-06 KS that was on here. It was the first one I have owned. It shot 3/4” with the first two powders I tried with 125 accubonds

If you decide you want a blued(early satin blue) KS 30/06 that's a first gen in Brown Precision stock, let me know. I have one I would be willing to sell. It's in excellent shape and shots 190ABLR and 178ELDX factory ammo 1/2".

Last stainless on these classifieds was about 5 years ago, but like you I'm ready to pounce the second one comes up.

I foolishly sold one in 280 on here in a moment of weakness. I STILL haven’t been able to pry it back out of the gentleman’s hands I sold it to...

Why not buy the 7mag stainless KS that is listed now at a reduced price? You won't beat that one.

That’s not a KS. It’s just in a KS stock.

Not getting any younger and just circling back to just wanting to use something plain & simple (30-06) and that you can find ammo anywhere in the world if need be. I thought 7mm Rem mag ammo would be easy to come by, but my first African experience proved it wasn't the case after my rifles showed up but my ammo didn't until a day later. 308 & 30-06 ammo is everywhere.

I have featherweight rifles and mid/heavy weight. I think the KS models were about the perfect balance.
