I only saw 2 in all the decades of collecting. and they were both on the internet on sold guns that I missed years ago. its the stock to a win m50 pigeon grade trap monte carlo 12ga., with factory red rubber pad. here is the cache pic to the gun that was sold about a decade ago. I copied it so I could prove it really existed. many I know said they never saw one. even rarer would be a 20ga. but the 12ga is the hunted specimen. so...I ask you, do you know where one is? is it on a gun for sale or just a stock? got one? either way, im all ears! help in my quest. lmk!

the standard trap mc stock is common. the rare part is the classic pigeon zig zag check pattern as seen in the pic. that's is the dead giveaway to its rarity.

That’s a factory installed pad?

I ask because the fit doesn’t look right and the chipping on the finish is an indication of a non factory installation.

youre looking at a well used and abused factory pad that has been thru the wash in that file photo. correct red rubber shrinks over time and loses the smooth joint as many are use to seeing. btw.... I don't own it. its the one that was sold. i never touched it. btw, correct rubber fades to dark dirty red over time. its factory.
