That day appears open to me at the present if nothing else comes up. I will pencil it down and do my best to be there if the shindig comes off. It's a fair spit but I would like to meet some of you guys. So far Ward is the only one I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Me neither. He and 8ball were at the the shad fishing get together (another one of my hairbrained ideas). He continued to post here for about another year, but then drifted away.

Ward I knew it shot pretty well when I sold it to you. All the Wisconsin whitetails it has killed would make a sizeable pile. I am happy someone has it now that will use it. It basically sat in the safe ever since I moved West about 25 years ago. You are the fourth owner that I know of for it and I hope you can add to its critter count.

Dude, much as I'd like to, my wife and I are going the other direction for father's day. Thought of you the other day. I was on my way back from a business trip to Yakima and came home right past Spiffy's... I was thinking about pie, but way short on time. I'd like to get together and talk about small deer again:-)
